The Kennebec river offers a number of mild and fun river experiences. Trip range form a half day to a two day overnight trip with a night of wilderness camping on our private island. The lower Kennebec River provides and excellent eight mile section for raft floats, funyaking and tubing fun for kids as young as five. For a little bit more of a whitewater challenge he middle section of the Kennebec River section has rafting trips through fun class III rapids. This trip is an exciting intermediate whitewater rafting trip. The is plenty of time to swim and enjoy this beautiful river including a stop along the bank for a sizzling steak and chicken barbecue.

Our guided rowing frame raft trip is the safest way to allow your family to experience the thrilling rapids of the Kennebec Gorge. With a minimum age of 7, younger rafters sit in the middle and hold on and let one of our expert guides take you down the river through all the big waves and whitewater. Older rafters paddle assist through the larger rapids. Once we leave the gorge everyone can join in and paddle for the rest of the day.
